Its official name is Magnolia 2 villa S complex in Ovacik although we refer to it as Villa Hayal Evi. Its currently under a maintenance and management contract with Nicholas homes and therefore we would need you too liaise with them to arrange a key sharing exercise with them holding it at all times other than for viewings. Our villa currently caters for 6 people easily and is set up too do so as there’s also bed settees.
Our villa is in a fantastic location being just 5 minutes from the main road and shops leading into Hisaronu centre just 15 minutes walk away. We are one of 7 private villas up a palm tree lined cul-de-sac, being the top most private 1 and although we don’t have a parking space, ample at entrance to complex, we do have 2 private pools, a baby/children’s 1 and a large adults one, a private new bbq and lovely gardens.
Our villa has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 large bathrooms with 1 being en-suite. A lounge area and a separate fully fitted kitchen.
It also boasts a unfinished basement with a washing machine in and water heater ready for winter use. There can be another 3 bedrooms or a totally separate apartment the choice is theres to decide in the basement.
There’s 2 air conditioning units and solar panels that are serviced annually smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
We are offering the villa fully furnished with everything included except the contents of an ottoman in our main bedroom and items in our twin bedroom wardrobe base.
