Villa Pembe is a 4-bedroom detached villa sleeping 8, with private walled gardens and its own private swimming pool, It is ideally situated on a quiet road in Ovacik, with Hisaronu village just a ten minute walk away and is one of six detached villas on level ground (no hills or steps).
The villa is newly build and this is the first full year of letting. The villa was fully fitted last year will all new furniture. It has satalite TV and a CD player in the lounge, which also has a sofa bed.
The lounge is air conditioned and has folding patio doors, which open out onto the terrace.The kitchen is fully fitted and has a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, oven/hob. From the kitchen/louinge is a large terrace area with table and eight chairs, this is a cool area which attracts a cool mountain breeze during the hot summer months. There is your own pool, which is surrounded by a pool area and has 4 sunbeds and two parassols.
The villa comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, (so no waiting around for your shower ! ) the upper level master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and its own balcony. There is another bedroom upper level, with twin beds, and a balcony and another shower/bathroom. The upper level bedrooms are air conditioned. All bathrooms are fully tiled.
The lower level bedrooms have twin beds in both, and a shower room/bathroom.
The area is quite at night, but only two minutes walk to the main road where the dolmus runs regullary. Other wise it is a pleasant rural 10/15 minutes walk into the main Hisaronu town.
So best of both worlds, quite at night, and town nearby.

A security deposit will be taken on arrival, this may be left on a credit card and is fully refundable upon departure.
